The Management Company assists the Board in its administration of the Community. A Community Manager has been assigned to Carriage Homes of Fox Ridge Condominium Association and oversees the day-to-day operation. The Management Company accounts for the collection of assessments, maintains the financial records of the Association and maintains a Customer Service department to assist residents with any common area maintenance issues that may arise.
