The Board will be developing a schedule of maintenance projects such as seal coating, painting, and landscape replacements on an ongoing basis. These projects are intended protect your investment and maintain the aesthetics of the Community.

Deck Repair

In November of 2005 a letter was sent to all residents (that have decks) informing them that there were structural issues with some of the decks. The Village of Fox Lake had sent a building inspector out to the property and he found numerous problems.  This list was sent to Windsor detailing what needed to be done to bring these decks up to Village Code. Windsor is now getting ready to start this work within the next couple of weeks. Check the back of this letter for the specific address and what will be done. If your address is not on the list and you have a deck, it has been inspected and passed and is not in need of any structural work at this time. If you have any questions – please contact Mary T.
