The clubhouse has an occupancy limit of 70 persons.  Please call the rental phone at 630-372-2717 answering machine.  Leave your name, address and evening phone number. Calls are returned on Monday and Thursday.

RENTALS

The Board of Directors has approved the rental fee for the Clubhouse at $125.00 with a $200.00 deposit and the pool rental at $75.00.  The pool renter must provide and pay for lifeguards that are approved by the Pool Committee (Board in absence of Committee).  Pool private rental house will be from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

A Board member (Director) shall be given free use of the Clubhouse four (4) times per year after serving on the Board for six (6) months.  A deposit of $200.00 shall be given to hold the room.
