Storm doors
shall not be installed without prior written approval from the Board.
Approval is subject to meeting the following requirements: b) Storm doors installed prior to the adoption of these Rules and Regulations are exempt until such time as said existing storm doors are to be replaced. All replacements shall conform to the color and style requirements of Paragraph a), above. Storm doors must be maintained in good repair by the unit owner. Once a storm door is installed, maintenance of storm door becomes the responsibility of the unit owner. Replacement
of exterior front, side and patio doors are the responsibility of the
owner. A picture of the replacement door has to be approved by the Board
before installation. It must be white to be compatible. Match the existing
doors. |
