Whenever a unit owner, his/her guest, invitee, tenant, pet, or vehicle is determined by the Board of Directors to have violated any of these Rules
and Regulations or By-Laws, he/she shall be fined as follows:

FIRST OFFENSE WARNING
for each separate violation.
SECOND OFFENSE $25.00
for each separate violation.
THIRD OFFENSE $50.00
for each separate violation.
FOURTH OFFENSE $100.00
for each separate violation.
FIFTH OFFENSE $150.00
for each separate violation.

Said fine shall be added to the assessment account of the unit owner who has been determined by the Board to have committed a violation and shall be subject to all collection procedures and provisions in the Declaration; the By-Laws, and these Rules and Regulations.
