Nothing shall be done or kept in any unit, the garage, or in the Common Elements which would increase the rate of insurance on. the building, and nothing shall be done therein other than those activities anticipated for its intended use. Unit owners shall not permit anything to be done or kept in their respective units or in the Common Elements which will result in the cancellation of insurance on the building or its contents, or which would be in violation of any law. Unit owners
of water-filled furniture must provide Certification of Insurance specifically
insuring damage caused to the Common Elements and the property of other
residents by said furniture. |
