Only annuals being defined as landscape material whose life span is for one growing season will be allowed to be planted in existing shrub beds. Planting decorative flowers and foliage plants under twenty-four (24) inches in height is permitted in existing shrub beds. No enlargement of existing beds is permitted.

No fencing or edging will be permitted without written permission from the Board.

No deciduous or evergreen trees or shrubs are allowed to be planted unless approved by the Board.

Unit owner who plants in the existing shrub beds or tree rings thereby assumes all responsibility to keep bed weed-free and returned to its original condition by October 31st of each year.

Unsightly or improperly maintained plantings will be removed by the landscape contractor without notice and without restitution to the unit owner. Cost for service to be charged to unit owner.

Vegetable or fruit plants are not permitted in shrub beds.

When not in use, hoses may be left connected to the spigot from April 1st through October 31st, if properly stored in shrub bed areas and not left on the grass.

Any damage caused to the Association's landscaping due to plantings by a homeowner, their tenant(s), guests, or invitees will be reprieved by the Association's landscaper. Any and all costs incurred will be charged to the unit owner.
