Hidden Creek Condo I is located in Palatine near Dundee and Rt. 53. There are 308 townhomes. New vinyl siding and roofs have been recently installed. There is a small lake and a creek which runs through Hidden Creek.

There is a Community Association of which Hidden Creek Condo I is part. The Community Association has a pool and a clubhouse which Condo I homeowners use. The Community Association is managed by Lynn Budner at Williamson Management, 630-787-0305 ext 310

Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm at the clubhouse.
