SNOW/TOWING Reminder: All streets in Hidden Creek are snow routes and must be kept free of parked vehicles following a 2 inch snowfall. Hidden Creek Circle will be plowed first, then the side streets, then the parking bays, and then finally the Condo II driveways. Please do not park in the street when snow is expected. Once the streets are clear, if possible, please move vehicles from the parking bays to the street to facilitate the plowing of the parking bays. Parking is not permitted on the street after a 2” snowfall until plowing is completed. Any vehicle left on the street and impeding snowplow services is subject to towing and a fine.

----------------

Per Board: Regarding garage sales, dates are determined by the Community Association.  The weekends this year are June 1, August 10 and
September 7.  This was listed in the March newsletter.

------------------

1. Front entrance doors, garage entrance doors, replacement garage doors and all storm doors should be white in color from this point forward.  Storm doors should be full view.

2. We are mailing letters to owners for the replacement or repair of driveways, sidewalks and stoops, and will be mailing letters related to landscape repairs, and repairs to patios and decks.  The deadline to repair/replace the driveways, sidewalks and stoops is July 31 and there will be no extension of time.  Some work may also include mud jacking.  Mud jacking is the forcing of a cement grout material under the sidewalk to raise it up back to its original height. Many letters contain suggested repairs rather than required repairs.  We will only be enforcing required repairs at this time. The majority of items to be replaced are asphalt driveways and broken sidewalks.  The majority of items to be repaired are cracks in asphalt driveways and seal coating of driveways, and the mud jacking of sunken and crooked sidewalks.

3 We are transitioning to a new style parking sticker.  Owners were sent a letter and registration card.  Cards are due back and stickers should be displayed by June 30. Parking stickers will be renewed on an annual basis from now on. Cars without the new sticker will eventually be towed. (see below)

4. New Parking Rules effective October 1, 2006.  Click here to go to the parking page for information.
