No advertising signs or billboards shall be erected, placed or permitted to remain on the Property except as follows.

One "For Sale" of not more than 24" x 30" may be maintained on the front lawn of a Unit.

All signs must be removed within 24 hoursafter the conclusion of the sale or lease.

Garage sales shall only be conducted by the Association at such times as the Board shall determine.
