No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any lot except for dogs and cats and other animals defined by custom and practice to be household pets in the Chicagoland area. No more than two (2) total pets shall be kept in a Unit.

All pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets in the Units and on the Common Areas. Pet owners shall not leave pets outside on leash to relieve themselves. All pet owners shall comply with all Village ordinances pertaining to pets. Waste containers for pets shall not be placed on the exterior premises, unless hidden from view.

All pet must be kept on the leash when not within a Unit.

All animals must be attended to at all times when not inside a Unit. Attended means within the visual or audible control of the Owner or his guests.

Any pet causing or creating a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance may be permantely removed from the Premises upon three (3) days written notice from the Board to the Owner of the unit containing such pet and the decision of the Board shall be final. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, permanent removal shall only apply regarding more than one (1) violation.
