No radio or television receiving or transmitting antenna or external apparatus shall be installed on the exterior of any building or on the exterior premises without the prior written consent of the Board; normal radio and television installations wholly within a building are acceptable. Satellite dishes must be installed in compliance with the Association safety regulations, and state and federal law. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, no approval is required for installation of a satellite dish not exceeding one (1) meter in diameter and mounted within the vertical and horizontal planes of your lot.
