The Gazebo can be used on a first come, first served basis by the Association owner until no later than 10pm. All garbage must be removed from the Gazebo premises and the Association owner must return picnic tables to the inside of the Gazebo. Reserve the Gazebo with American Community Management, Inc. at 847-301-1133. A deposit fee of of $100.00 will be required. (If all garbage has been removed, the picnic tables returned to the inside of the Gazebo and no damage has been done to the Gazebo or picnic tables, the $100.00 fee will be returned)

TENTS:  NO tents, canopies, or other temporary structures shall be erected anywhere on the Olde Schaumburg grounds.  Please note that the Gazebo is available until 10 pm for use by Associations owners for a DEPOSIT fee.  Reserve the Gazebo with American Community Management, Inc. at 847-301-1133.
