A new entrance sign will be installed at the Schaumburg Road entrance. It will match the Olde Schaumburg signs at the Roselle Road entrance. The Village of Schaumburg will pay for one half of the cost. The landscape  will also be modified to enhance the areas appearance.

All driveways will be seal coated in June. The exact dates will be communicated when known.

All Condo and Rowhouse lintels above the garage door will be painted this June, as the developer never painted them. Exact dates to follow. The Gazebo will be painted at the same time.

The Association will be mulching all areas of the property after the spring planting is completed. This should be done by late May or early June.
