If you need to dispose of yard waste-please follow the guidelines listed below:

• Yard waste must be placed in yard waste paper bags.
• Branches need to be bundled and no longer than 4ft. No more than 50 pounds per bundle
• No stickers are neeeded
  
  

Garbage: In keeping with the laws of the Village of Schaumburg, garbage (residential waste and recyclable material) shall be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the day of pick-up, but not before 6:00 p.m. of the day preceding the pick-up day, during the months from April 1 to September 30, and before 4 pm the day proceeding the pick-up day for the months from October 1 to March 31. 

Furniture and appliances require special handling.  Call BFI at 1/800 650-0303 to arrange pickup.     Current charge is $30.00 per appliance or item, but is subject to change.

Construction Dumpster rule,  Revised on 11/30/06:
Construction dumpsters can be left on the owner's driveway no longer than (5) days. If more time is required, it must be approved by the Property Manager
