Late fees on unpaid assessment balances are $25.00 after the 15th of the month.

If the Association Board finds a unit owner to be responsible for a violation, a fine will be assessed, as outlined in the DETERMINATION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS statement sent to the owner.  In general, a fine of $25.00 will be assessed for the first offense, $100.00 for the second offense, and $250.00 for all subsequent offenses of a similar nature until the violation is corrected and the Association’s property management has received notice of it.
