Pets:  Village of Schaumburg ordinances require that owners immediately clean up after pets and that pets be restrained on a leash when out of doors.  A violation of leaving pet excrement on common or private areas will result in an immediate fine.  Pets are not permitted to create noise or otherwise become a nuisance to other owners or residents.  No animals, livestock, fowl, or poultry of any kind shall be raised or kept in any Unit, the Limited Common Elements, or the Common Elements, except that household pets, including dogs or cats, may be kept in Units, subject to rules and regulations adopted by the Association.
