Approval Form
Storm Door:
Storm doors are permitted but must be metal, with white trim, and
contain a full view rectangular smooth clear piece of glass. Approved
storm door is Classic View, Fullview white storm door with a brass
handle Forever Brand, available at Home Depot.
Alterations and
Attachments: No changes, additions, alterations
or attachments may be made to the exterior surface of any unit. This
includes, but is not limited to, skylights, solar panels, sunshades,
trellises, shutters, awnings, radio or TV antennae, satellite dishes,
etc. |

Requests
for Exterior Modifications: must be submitted and reviewed by Management
and the Board. This requirement includes satellite dishes,
decks, windows and doors, landscape modifications.
Form submitted without drawings that are
used for the review
process will delay the approval request. Send drawing to:
