Landscape Additions:  The planting of flowers by unit owners is permitted, as long as the planting does not present a problem to the landscapers and dead plant material is removed on a timely basis.   No bushes, plants, or trees may be planted or removed from anywhere on the grounds without permission from the Homeowners Association.

Vegetable gardens are not permitted. The unit owner shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of annual plants that he or she installs.  The unit owner may not prune or cut trees, bushes, or plants anywhere on the grounds.

Any damage caused by, or unit maintenance hindered by, plants or vines that attach or cling to the exterior structure of the building is the responsibility of the unit owner.  Freestanding trellises are allowed.
