Satellite Innovations has abandoned their contract and it's at the attorney's office for legal action . They Association has given them 30 days to contact them. If owners are looking to get satellite dish service, you may call Direct TV or whoever you would want and explain the situation to them and ask if they would hook up for them. We won't know anything until attorney advises us. Prior to installing a satellite dish, you must submit an architectural approval application. No dish can be installed without approval from the Board of Directors. Please include a drawing of the location, size of the dish, contractor to be used, a copy of the proof of insurance for your installation contractor, if any special materials will be used, etc. Please remember that no dish can be installed until you have been given approval. Dishes installed incorrectly, or without approval, are subject to removal at the owner's expense. If you have any questions, please call American Community Management, Inc at 847-301-1133.
