No changes or additions shall be made to patios or decks without prior approval of the Association and Board.

No artificial covering such as astroturf shall be put on patios and decks.

No painting of patios is allowed.

Patio and deck enclosures of any type will not be allowed. The Association is not responsible for items damaged, lost, or stolen from decks or patios.

Permanent grills will not be allowed.

Portable grills shall be used and stored only on rear or side patios and decks. Fire pits and or Chimnaries are only permitted on concrete or brick patios.

Firewood shall be stored in the garage.

Decks and patio railings shall remain natural wood color by using only a clear sealer. All decks need to be skirted, no lattice. Sealers with color tints of any kind are not allowed. If the deck is stained, it must match the color of the house trim. (Soffit and Fascia - grey or tan).
