In the event a unit is placed for sale two (2) "For Sale" signs will be permitted in the front elevation window and/or side or back window. The sign can be no larger than 12 inches by 18 inches. All signs must conform to any Village of Bloomingdale ordinances.

"Open House" sign shall be permitted on Saturday and Sunday during daylight hours only. All signs and placement of signs must conform to the Village of Bloomingdale ordinances.

Any lawn damage caused by the installation of a sign shall be repaired at the owner's expense.
