Owners or residents shall have no more than a total of two (2) pets of any kind. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept in any dwellings except dogs, cats, birds or other customary and usual household pets kept for other than commercial purposes.

All pets must be licensed per Bloomingdale ordinance.

Proper action will be taken against the owner and or guests of any pet(s) causing any continuing nuisance or disturbance. The owner is responsible for the pets of anyone living in or visiting his/her unit.

All Pets must be on a leash not more than six (6) feet in length, an accompanied by a responsible person at all times on the property, whether it is common or limited common property.

The owner of each pet is immediately responsible for cleaning any dirt or soilage caused by the pet. Cat litter must be placed in a plastic bag, securely tied.

All landscape damage caused by a resident's pet(s) will be repaired at the unit owner's expense.

Proper consideration must be extended to residents in restraining barking dogs.
