Snow plowing is contracted to start after two (2) or more inches of snow has fallen.

Snow plowing generally will not begin until after the snowfall has stopped.

Driveways and parking areas, and walkways are cleared of snow by the Association's contractor.

Should you have any questions regarding the snow plan or in the event your driveway is missed, please contact American Community Management, Inc. Please note: If any cars are on the driveway, it will not be plowed.

American Community Management's Maintenance manger maintains direct contact with snow crew supervisors in the field and will get this work completed for you.
