Garbage may not be stored outside of the unit and should be stored in the unit owner's garage. Garbage must be stored in sealed containers or bags.

Garbage may be placed at the curb at dusk on the night before a pick-up or on the day of the pick-up.

Owners/residents are responsible for maintaining their immediate yards in a clean and orderly manner.

Recycling bins shall be used in accordance with Bloomingdale's regulations and must be stored in garages. All items should be secured properly. Suggestion is to use a brick or lid on the recycling bins.

Violation of any of the Association and/or Bloomingdale's rules regarding garbage shall automatically be assessed a violation per occurrence following a warning.

If live trees are used for any decorative purpose, they must be disposed in accordance with the state and village laws. Failure to dispose of a Christmas tree in a proper manner may result in a fine.
