Outdoor decorations (decorative flower pots, lawn ornaments, banners) must be moderate in size and quantity and be in good condition. Holiday decorations and lighting must be removed within 30 days of the holiday.

No outdoor decorations are permitted except for decorations which can be placed on a unit's door, patio, or balcony.  Any damage caused by the hanging of decorations shall b repaired by the Unit Owner responsible or the cost of repair will be charged to the Unit Owner by the Association.

No decorations  which create a safety hazard will be permitted.
