Fines or other fees may be assessed against individual Unit Owners for various reasons as provided herein.  Any Unit Owner so fined shall be notified in writing by the American Community Management, Inc. of the amount and circumstances resulting in the fine.  Fines shall be paid with the first monthly assessment due after notice of the fines.

A fee of $15.00 is charged for late payment of any assessment amount due. All general complaint fines are to be $25 per incident, per day unresolved. Services contracted by the Board or its Agent to correct unresolved complaint issues will be billed to the Homeowner involved.
