Living in a multi-family Community may require some personal adjustment. Unlike life in a detached single-family home, Community living requires extra consideration for others.

Restrictions related to parking, noise, exterior decorations and storage; gardening and maintenance of pets are more tightly regulated in the interest of the common good, peace and enjoyment.

Please be considerate of others' property and privacy.

Noise is defined as any unusually loud activity that could be disturbing to a Homeowner or wakeful to small children during quiet hours. Activities restricted include, but not limited to, construction, engine work, car stereos, home entertainment equipment, computer games, boom boxes, garage bands, parties, pets, and vehicles with compromised exhaust systems.

Noise producing activities within the Townhome Community are restricted to Sunday through Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 8am to 10pm. Immediate and Adjacent Neighbors are asked to be tolerant of infrequent events that may run late on Friday or Saturday evenings. Consideration of neighbors and neighborhood children is expected at all times.
