Motorcycles are to be garaged overnight. Parking on sidewalks or entryway walkways is prohibited. Homeowner will be held liable for all kickstand related damage to driveway asphalt. Engine work is not to be done during Quiet Hours.

No Parking on Townhome Community streets between 2am and 6am or anytime when snow is forecasted. Vehicles are not to be parked on lawns or easements. Parked vehicles are not to block fire hydrants, mailboxes, driveways, or sidewalks at any times. No long term or seasonal storage of recreational vehicles or non-working vehicles on driveways. Property Management is to be notified 24 hours in advance of any temporary or special considerations required. Vehicles left for more than 3 days may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
