For community safety, all satellite dishes are to be
roof mounted. Connecting cables are to thread through an attic vent. Exposed
cable runs across shingle to be less than three feet. No exposed cable
runs off roofs, crossing gutters, or along the outside of the building.
Installations of 3 or more dishes per townhouse unit are subject to Architectural
Review. Homeowner will be held liable any related damage to the Townhome.
