Garbage: Garbage for pickup must be bagged, bundled with twine, boxed, or put in approved containers. Garbage and recycling containers are to be garaged on all days except pickup day. Garbage is not to be put out before 8pm the preceding evening to pickup. Empty garbage containers are to be removed by 8pm the day of pickup. Due to the nature of the pickup service and wind conditions, loose garbage should be bagged and not dumped directly into waste containers. Materials for recycling should be secured against blowing out of containers. trash blown out of containers is not the responsibility of the garbage pickup service, the lawn service, or the Association to cleanup. Homeowners found habitually responsible for littering the community due to their carelessness can be held liable for all related costs associated with cleanup.
