and the Board. This requirement includes satellite dishes,
decks, windows and doors, landscape modifications.

used for the review

Nothing shall be done in, on or to any part of the property
that would impair the structural
integrity of any building or structure located on the property. Attachment
of any objects to the outside common property of the building is prohibited
without written permission from the Board.
