Flower beds shall be limited to the original non-sodded areas.  Plantings must be installed in such a way so as not to interfere with the functions of any maintenance equipment used for the grass or common property.

Vegetable or fruit plants are not permitted on common property (ground).  Unit Owners shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of any annual plantings (i.e. flowers) they install.

Any plant material other than existing beds must be approved by the Building and Grounds Committee.  Once approved changes have been made, the Association is no longer responsible for the maintenance and replacement of that area.  Any sod or other common property damaged by or removed by any person or pet on the property shall be replaced at the expense of the Unit Owner who is responsible.

Plants or vines that cling or crawl or affix to any part of the unit building, including the garage, will not be allowed.  Firewood or any other combustibles are not allowed to be stored or left on the common property.
