All garbage and trash should be placed in sealed bags and covered containers.  All trash containers and recycle bins must be labeled clearly with the unit address number.  The City Ordinance requires that all garbage and recycle bins not be placed out before 7:00 p.m. the night before collection.  No one shall be allowed to scavenge through garbage or recycle bins other than the hired scavenger service.  All empty trash containers and recycle bins must be removed within 24 hours of trash pickup.  No littering at anytime, anywhere.  NOTE: Cigarette and Cigar butts are also considered litter.
