It was decided that the painting schedule should follow the rotating three-year driveway blacktop schedule. The buildings to be painted/blacktopped in 2006 are numbers 1-10 and 36 (with the exception of Building 1 - it will be omitted from the painting schedule on this rotation).  The 2007 schedule is buildings 22-35;  2008 is building 11-21.  The painting of the gas meters will be included; painting cost is included in the reserve assessment portion of the monthly dues.  In order to keep paint color and quality consistent entry doors will also be sanded and painted, but as stated in the decs & bylaws entry doors are a homeowner's responsibility and this portion of the coast will be charged back to them via a special assessment.
