Dear Princeton Resident, At our meeting on September 28, 2004, the Association's Board of Directors formally adopted the enclosed Rules and Regulations. The rules are a supplement to the Condominium Declaration and By-laws you received when you purchased your townhome. They were drafted and adopted to assure that the standards of the community that were one of your reasons for buying here are maintained, and that in the use of our common areas we respect the rights and privileges of each resident. Please take the time to read and become familiar with these rules. Both owners and tenants are responsible for compliance with them. We find that violations most often occur because residents are unaware that a rule is in place. Keep your copy with your ownership documents: if you sell or lease your unit, you are responsible for furnishing them to the new owner/tenant.
