At the first annual meeting , the number of Directors shall be three (3) and the members shall elect one (1) Director for a term of one (1) year and two (2) Directors for a term of two (2) years, and at each annual meeting thereafter, the members shall elect the vacancies for directors as they come due on the expiration of a Director's term for a term of tow (2) years. Directors may succeed themselves.
