The Association is responsible for all landscaping maintenance at Princeton. Any requests for additional alterations must be submitted to the Board using the Architectural Control Form. The Board will review all requests and decide on approving or disapproving them.

You may plant the flower beds around your unit, but only with annuals. You will be asked to remove perennials. Residents are asked to water the lawns, trees and shrubs adjacent to their units any time we go more than three days without rain. This is most important  for trees and shrubs: they are much more delicate than grass and much more expensive to replace. If new plants are required because of neglect, the cost will be billed to the unit owner.
