IF SOMEONE IS CALLED OUT BY THE ASSOCIATION BOARD OR MANAGEMENT TO INSPECT, INVESTIGATE OR REPAIR A PROBLEM THAT THE OWNER IS HAVING INSIDE THEIR UNIT, THE CHARGE MAY BE AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE A PROBLEM THAT THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR.
