for a minimum copy fee.

It is important to pay your assessments on time. These funds are necessary to provide the day to day maintenance and administration of your Association.

This will also avoid unnecessary late fees and collection charges on
your account.

The administrative charge for copying of records is $40.00 per hour. If homeowner wishes to come in and view records without copies, the charge will also be $40.00 per hour for administrative support for the entire time the homeowner is in the office.
