Homeowner must complete enclosed Rental Agreement and return to American Community Management; 1908 Wright Blvd.; Schaumburg, IL 60193. In addition, the homeowner must provide checks in the following amount: ONE $500.00 cashier’s check or money order for rental/deposit made payable to: Providence Homeowner’s Association Checks must be received at American Community Management at least two weeks prior to the event. No events will be scheduled onto the Providence Boathouse calendar until the agreement AND the checks are received. The homeowner may pick up key at the Sales office the Friday prior to the scheduled event. After the event, the Boathouse must be cleaned NO LATER THAN 10:00 THE NEXT MORNING. Failure to complete this according to the enclosed checklist could result in forfeiture of your deposit.
