The sales
office area is still owned by Town & County and they have
direct control over that area.
The
common areas are the association's control and the association is
responsible for the maintenance of those areas. Page 8. Article
VI., Section 6.5 and Page 11 Section 6.9 explains maintenance of the
common areas. Under those provisions the association does restrict
posting of signs on the common elements too.
The owner's usually just post signs in the windows of their home on an
ongoing basis, or on their property lot.
The area
outside the sales office is the property of Town & Country until they sell it along
with a home.
The
common areas are restricted for signage for open houses as far as
location. None are allowed by the monument and on the Providence side
of route 20. You may place a sign across the street on 20 and on
Longcommon berm. No permanent signage is allowed on the association
common areas. Open House signs may be placed out no earlier than one
hour before and must be removed no later than one hour after the open
house.
