alterations of any kind may be made to the exterior portions of any
building, including roofs, siding, and the like. We want to keep a
uniform and well ordered appearance to the property and the limited
common elements cannot be changed in appearance. Alterations or
construction affecting any common element is not allowed, without
written consent of the HOA Board of Directors. Any repair or other
work necessitated by any of the aforementioned alterations or
constructions shall be home solely by the Unit owner.
