In the event of any resale of a unit, all homeowners or their respective management agent must notify HOA and/or its management agent, in writing. Occupancy change reports must be submitted to the management agent within thirty (30) days from date of change in ownership or tenant residency together with a $250.00 move out fee and a $250.00 move in fee (payable to Regency Condominium Association) The unit owner will be held responsible for any property damages that occur due to the move and for ensuring that the movers function only during the authorized times and do not park in restricted areas. Moving trucks must NOT BLOCK A DRIVEWAY OR ENTRANCE. Paid Assessment Letter Request for a Sale Paid Assessment Letter Request for a Refinance Service Charge: The Management Company reserves the right to charge homeowners a processing fee for all sales, leases, and requests for refinancing. Additional charges apply for less than a 30-day notice of sale. INSPECTIONS: The management company will inspect the common area around all properties for sale to determine if any damage has been done for which the owner is specifically responsible or for any items of non compliance of the Association restrictions must be corrected.
