Board of Directors and Meetings
Board meetings are open to all unit owners, who are encouraged to attend. The time for Board meetings is determined by action of the Board, and appropriate notice will be provided to all unit owners. As required by law, the records of the Association are available for the inspection of unit owners for any proper purpose during regular hours, provided that reasonable advance notice is provided to the management office. A fee will be charged for use of the copy machine.

The HOA Meetings are held every other month on the 4^th Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in the basement board room of 10357 (A entrance). The 2007 meeting dates are as follows: January 24^th, March 27^nd, May 28^th, July 24^th, September 25^th, and November 27^th. Homeowners are welcome to attend.
