The HOA will provide cutting of lawns, trimming and pruning of shrubs, trees and bushes, chemical application of fertilizer and weed killer on all grassy and common areas.

Any requests for removal or addition of trees, shrubs and bushes, etc. on open areas or building perimeter must first be submitted for review by the HOA Board of Directors which will make the final decision.

Any resident who removes, or causes removal, trimming, or pruning of any common element planting (bush, shrub, or tree) shall be responsible for all costs involved for removal, trimming, or pruning, as well as replacement of same.

Plants or planting devices or any kind whose existence tend to be in anyway noxious, dangerous, unsightly, unpleasant, or of a nature as may diminish or destroy the enjoyment of the property will not be allowed.

Sod or other Common Property damage by the act of any person or pet on the property shall be replaced at the "expense of the unit owner who is responsible".
