Parking Rules
Contact ACM to request a parking sticker
application. We will have your building representative drop it off at
your door. See below for required information.
We are issuing new two year parking
permits effective March 1, 2007.
The fee will remain at $15.00 per vehicle.
To purchase your new sticker, please
return the following:
1. Completed application (s), typed or printed, all questions answered
(Vehicle License Plate Number NOT VIN NUMBER)
2. Copy of Drivers license showing REGENCY ADDRESS
3. Copy of vehicle insurance as proof of residency.
4. Cash/Check made payable to Regency Homeowner Association.
5. Renters must include copy of lease.
Please place all items in the Management Drop Box located at 10361 Bldg,
Door "A"

IMPORTANT:
1, All NEW PARKING PERMIT STICKERS ARE TO BE PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE
LOWER LEFT SIDE OF WINDSHIELD, (left side of steering wheel), by March 1,
2007
2. Please remove all previous parking permits in order that new permits
can be clearly displayed.
Any vehicle not displaying the new Regency permit, affixed in the proper
location on Saturday, March 10th will be subject to towing at owner's
expense.
The Parking Rules and Regulations have been updated and revised therefore
we suggest that you review completely.
Your new "Red" sticker is valid and should be displayed as soon as
received.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION(S) IS FEBRUARY 14, 2007. APPLICATIONS
RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 15TH WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 PER VEHICLE
SURCHARGE.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS OR MISSING
DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
