Pool passes will be distributed on the following dates
and times NOTICE: There will be a $20.00 administrative fee added if passes are not requested on one of the above dates. If you did NOT get your pool pass at our regular distribution times... 1. Put the following items in a sealed envelope with "Regency HOA" written on the front.
All activities by Unit Owners and Residents in and around the swimming pool shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the state and local public health departments and with any other laws. In particular the provisions contained in the Illinois Swimming Pool Code, Subpart D: Operational Requirements, Section 820.360, amended at 24 lll. Reg ll27l, effective July 15, 2000, as published by the State of IL, Department of Public Health, Consumer Health Protection, Division of Swimming Pools and Regulations, or the most recent edition thereof, shall control the activities permitted within the swimming pool and all surrounding areas. If the outside temperature does not reach 65 degrees by the time the pool is scheduled to open, it will be closed until the weather permits. Admission to the pool will be refused to all persons having any contagious disease, infectious conditions such as colds, fever, ringworm, foot infections, skin lesions, diarrhea, vomiting, inflamed eyes, ear discharges, or any other conditions having the appearance of being infectious. Persons with excessive sunburn, open cuts, or unhealed abrasions, corn plasters, bunion pads, adhesive tape, rubber or any other type of bandages shall also be refused admittance. A person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior shall NOT be permitted in the pool area. Personal conduct within the pool facility must be such that the safety of self and others is not jeopardized. No running, boisterous or rough play, except supervised water sports are permitted. All swim apparel (bathing suits) worn in the pool MUST be clean and sanitary. All persons with shoulder length hair or longer, must wear a bathing cap. There will be a ten (10) minute safety break at the beginning of each hour for all children age 13 and under. Each unit will be provided with one (1) pass per each full time resident. Guest passes will be issued only upon request and may not exceed (4) per unit. NOT ALLOWED IN POOL AREA:
IMPORTANT POOL RULES: All residents must present a valid pass when entering the pool area. All guests must be accompanied by a resident while in the pool area and present a “valid” guest pass. Unaccompanied guest(s) will be asked to leave the property. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times while in the pool area. Play equipment (toys, beach balls, floaties, etc.) are allowed in the pool at the discretion of the lifeguard. If overly crowed, the lifeguard has authority to have the equipment removed. Battery powered radios are allowed but MUST BE PLAYED at a level not to disturb others. POOL HOURS: Regular operating hours of the pool are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily; and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends. Per contract with pool management there will be shorter hours while public schools are in session. Generally, one week after Memorial Day and one week before Labor Day. Schedules will be posted on your bulletin board. If the outside temperature does not reach 65 degrees by the time the pool is scheduled to open, it will be closed until the weather permits. The pool attendant and Management have the authority to close the pool with regard to health and sanitary conditions, safety factors, or adverse weather conditions. Adverse weather includes, but is not limited to rain, thunderstorms, lightening, high-winds, and/or sudden temperature drops. INFRACTION OF ANY POOL RULE IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EXPULSION BY THE POOL ATTENDANT FROM THE POOL AREA FOR THE REMINDER OF THE DAY, AND POSSIBLE SUSPENSION OF POOL PRIVILEGE, AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD. The Association, Management, and/or the pool attendant will not be held liable for injury, loss, theft or damage to the personal property of residents or guests. Pool attendants are forbidden to handle any personal property for any reason. Note: The telephone at the pool area is for emergency use only and is a direct dial to 911 Your association account must have a zero balance to receive pool passes. |
