Pool and Tennis Court Pass Application

Only members in "good standing" with their applicable Condo Association and the HOA are permitted to use the Tennis Courts.

All residents must have a valid pool pass when entering the tennis court area.

Court hours are the same as pool hours.

Playing only with regulation equipment will be allowed on the courts.

Each full time resident is permitted up to three (3) guests ONLY. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times.

Usage will be designated by placing the racket(s) in the fencing, and once the current match has finished the next resident with his/her racket hung on the fence will have control of the court.

Monopoly of the tennis courts is prohibited, i.e., tennis tournaments with individuals other than residents is not permitted.
