Disposal of trash, garbage or other waste promptly in a recommended fashion INSIDE the of the dumpsters provided. Trash must be carried out in a leak-proof containers (e.g., plastic bags), which are secured in some manner so as not to allow trash and garbage to spill or leak on the way to the dumpsters. This is also additional protection against pests, roaches, mice, rats, rodents and germs while at the same time, aids in efficient collection. Fines will be imposed for all trash left outside of the dumpster, even if it is within the coral confines.

Large, empty boxes should be opened, flattened and rolled into as small a bundle as possible, tied and placed INSIDE of the dumpster.

Christmas trees must be placed INSIDE of the dumpsters.

Discarding of debris on common elements is strictly prohibited.

The dumpsters are there for your use, do not leave articles in the corral areas that will not fit into the dumpsters. i.e. carpeting, appliances, fish tanks, televisions, bathtubs, closet doors, etc. The unit resident must arrange to either call the management agent for special pick-up (see your rules and regulations under REMODELING/CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY), or arrange to remove these items from your property. If a resident (unit owner) DOES NOT notify the management agent and disposes of a large quantity of materials they will automatically be charged double disposal fees and an additional fine of $150.00.

Put forth the effort to clean up or report a large concentration of trash or rubbish within the property parameters that could be breeding spots for rodents, roaches or vermin.

The picking up and proper disposal of trash, even if it isn't yours.

Instruct children and minors not to throw items on the ground, or down manholes.

Empty car ashtrays in the garbage, not on the ground. Make sure all smoking materials are completely extinguished.
